2. Orders

  • After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email containing details of your products, prices, billing, and delivery address.
  • If you notice any errors in the confirmation, contact us immediately at [email protected].

3. Delivery

  • We usually ship orders within 2–3 days after Monday, which is our packing and shipping day.
  • If a delivery delay occurs without prior notice, please contact us at [email protected].

4. Prices

  • All prices are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices if necessary. The price at the time of purchase applies.

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Our products are living plants and are considered perishable goods. They cannot be returned.

  • Stock items: You may withdraw your order until the following Monday at 06:00, when we pack and ship your cuttings. After that, the right of withdrawal expires.

  • Made-to-order items: Withdrawal is allowed until the next business day at 06:00, as we begin cultivating your order at that time.

Exercising your right of withdrawal

  • Notify us at [email protected] before the withdrawal period expires. Include your name, email, order number, and the items you wish to withdraw.

6. Complaints & Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Living plants may occasionally not survive shipping. If your plant does not arrive healthy despite proper care, we will provide a replacement in the form of a discount code equal to the plant’s price. Refunds are not offered, and you do not need to return the defective plant. How to claim: 1. Take a photo of the plant. / 2. Send it to [email protected] with your name, email, order number, and a description of the issue.
  • Complaints should be submitted immediately after noticing a defect. We follow the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN).

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for indirect damages caused by our products.
  • We are not liable for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, or disruptions from third parties.

8. Product Information

  • We are not responsible for printing errors or sold-out products. Images may differ slightly from actual plants due to screen settings or photo quality. We always strive to present products accurately.

  • To manage your order and respond to inquiries, we store your first and last name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history.
  • Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process it, e.g., to fulfill a contract or comply with a legal obligation, such as accounting requirements.

  • When making a purchase, your personal data is processed to fulfill the contract with you.
  • Marketing, newsletters, promotions, and similar communications are sent with your consent.

10.4 Which data is shared and for what purpose?

10.4.1 Payment provider

  • When completing a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. Stored data includes first name, last name, address, email, and phone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, your personal ID number is also stored by the payment provider. This information is used to complete the purchase and protect against fraud.
  • Our payment providers include Swish, Visa, Mastercard, and gift cards.

10.4.2 Shipping companies

  • To deliver your order and fulfill our contract, we share your first name, last name, and delivery address with the shipping company. Email and/or mobile number may also be shared for delivery notifications.
  • Shipping companies we work with include Svensk Hemleverans (SVHL), Postnord, DHL, and possibly others.

10.4.3 Newsletters

  • If you subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address are shared with our newsletter provider to keep you updated with information and promotional offers. We use GetANewsletter for this purpose.

  • You have the right to obtain all information we have about you. The information will be provided electronically in a readable format.

  • You have the right to request that we update incorrect information or complete incomplete information.

  • Airis Garden is responsible for storing and processing personal data in the online store and ensures compliance with the rules.

  • We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to store, process, and transmit sensitive information like personal data and passwords securely.
  • We use a Swedish platform, Quickbutik, operated by Quickbutik AB, based in Helsingborg.

  • In the event of a dispute, we follow the decisions of ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution authority.
