What should I do when my package arrives?

1. Take a pot with soil.
2. Make a small hole.
3. Remove the plant from its bag, gently spread the roots in the hole, and cover lightly with soil so it sits firmly.
4. Water. Done!

How do I care for a soil-free plant?

Once planted in soil, it behaves like any other potted plant. Just provide water, light, and love.

How long does delivery take?

We ship all orders on Mondays or Tuesdays. Standard delivery usually takes 2–3 days.

How is the plant packed?

Plants are placed in a sealed bubble-wrap bag with a little moisture to last 7–10 days. The bag is then put in a flat cardboard box for extra protection, either alone or with other plants.

How big are the plants when shipped?

Plants are about 10 cm tall plus roots. Smaller plants are easier and more environmentally friendly to ship, and it’s fun to watch them grow!

How do you ensure plants are pest- and disease-free?

Plants are grown completely without soil in closed indoor cabinets, protected from outdoor pests and diseases.

What if my plant dies during shipping?

Take a photo and send it to us. We’ll provide a discount code to order a replacement plant.

How do plants get water and nutrients without soil?

Our plants are grown using a system where water and nutrients are sprayed directly onto the roots from below.

Can you grow plants in Sweden during winter?

Yes! Our indoor setup allows plants to grow year-round, regardless of season or light outside.

Are pesticides used?

No. Our plants are 100% pesticide-free and grown in a controlled, pest-free environment.

Can I buy gift cards?

Yes! Gift cards are a great and popular gift option.

Why don’t you grow plants in soil?

Growing without soil allows plants to develop larger roots, survive shipping better, reduce package size and weight (lowering emissions), and minimize the risk of pests or diseases.

How can I pay?

Currently, payments can be made securely via Swish. Soon, Visa, Mastercard, and invoice via Nets will also be available.

Can I order outside Sweden?

Yes! We ship across the EU and to Norway.
