4. Which data is shared and for what purpose?
4.1 Payment provider
When completing a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. Stored data includes first name, last name, address, email, and phone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, your personal ID number is also stored by the payment provider. This information is used to complete the purchase and to protect against fraud.
Our payment providers include: Swish, Visa, Mastercard, and gift cards.
4.2 Shipping companies
To deliver your orders and fulfill our contract, we share your first name, last name, and delivery address with the shipping company. Email and/or mobile number may also be shared for delivery notifications.
Shipping companies we work with include: Svensk Hemleverans (SVHL), Postnord, DHL, and possibly others.
4.3 Newsletters
If you subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address are shared with our newsletter provider to keep you updated with information and promotional offers. We use GetANewsletter for sending newsletters.
5. Right of access
You have the right to obtain all information we hold about you. The data will be provided electronically in a readable format.
6. Right to rectification
You have the right to request that we update incorrect information or complete incomplete information.
7. Right to be forgotten
You may request that your personal data be deleted at any time. Exceptions apply if the data must be retained to fulfill a legal obligation (for example, under accounting laws).

We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to securely store, process, and transmit sensitive information, including personal data and passwords.
We use a Swedish platform, Quickbutik, operated by Quickbutik AB, based in Helsingborg.
